Rates
- $150 per 45-50 mins Individual Therapy (telehealth)
- $200 per 50 mins Individual Therapy (in-person)
- $200 per 60 mins for Couples Therapy (hybrid)
- $200 per 60 mins for Ketamine Therapy (hybrid)
- $50 per 60 mins for Group Art Therapy (in-person)
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider, it may be possible for services to be reimbursed. We can provide you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance.
Currently, we are an out-of-network provider.
To confirm your benefits, call the number on the back of your health insurance card to ask if you have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- How do I submit claims, my superbill, for reimbursement?
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
